Nivan Solutions was founded on a simple frustration we saw across Bengaluru: homeowners repainting the same damp wall every one to two years, never realizing the paint was never the problem. A single-brand painter has no reason to tell a customer “you need waterproofing, not paint”. It costs them a sale.

So we built a company designed around the opposite incentive. We became authorized applicators for five major brands: Asian Paints, Berger, Birla Opus, Dr. Fixit, and Fosroc, so that no single product line dictates our recommendation. Our site inspection comes first, backed by moisture-meter readings and photo documentation, and the brand and system we recommend follows from what the building actually needs.

Since 2016, that approach has taken us from individual homes to full housing-society facade projects, always with the same process: diagnose, report, execute, warranty.
