- Solution
- PU crack injection at the expansion joint, full membrane strip-and-reapply using Dr. Fixit's terrace system, heat-reflective top coat.

- Zero leakage through two subsequent monsoons, confirmed via 72-hour flood test at handover and a follow-up site visit.

Bathroom Seepage That Wasn't a Painting Problem

- Leak traced to a failed drain collar seal, not the walls. Moisture meter readings ruled out the ceiling paint as the cause entirely.

- Partial tile removal at the drain zone, box-type membrane reapplication, drain collar resealing using Fosroc construction chemicals.
